Product Introduction

The thermostat valve is a critical component of the lubrication system for oil-injected screw air compressors. With paraffin thermal element, it automatically switches the oil circuit according to lubricant temperature. During cold startup, oil bypasses the cooler to warm up rapidly, preventing high oil viscosity and oil emulsification. Once the oil temperature reaches the preset opening point, the valve opens gradually and directs oil to the oil cooler. It keeps the compressor running within the optimal temperature range, protecting the air end from overheat shutdown, oil carbonization and bearing damage. Manufactured to OEM specifications, this thermostat valve is a direct replacement for Atlas Copco, Sullair, Ingersoll Rand and other mainstream screw compressor brands.
