Product Features

Our rubber elbow oil hose is integrally moulded from oil-resistant synthetic rubber with multi-layer fiber reinforcement. Pre-shaped bend angle eliminates on-site bending work for quick and easy installation. Built-in fiber reinforcement improves pressure resistance, preventing bulging, delamination and bursting under continuous oil pressure of compressor systems.

The material delivers excellent oil resistance and will not swell or soften under long-time contact with compressor lubricating oil. It also resists high temperature and ozone aging. It will not harden or crack even under long-term hot and oily working conditions in compressor rooms. The flexible rubber structure effectively absorbs vibration generated by the compressor main unit and stops vibration transfer along oil lines, reducing risks of fitting loosening and oil leakage. It compensates minor displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction and reduces pipeline stress.

Smooth inner bore lowers fluid resistance and ensures smooth lubricating oil circulation without affecting the compressor lubrication and heat dissipation system. Widely used for oil line connections between main unit, oil cooler and oil separator tank of screw compressors. Great for maintenance replacement.
