Oil and Air Cooler, also known as Oil/After Cooler in the industry, is an integrated heat dissipation assembly for air-cooled screw air compressors. It features two separate internal flow channels. One radiator cools both compressor lubricating oil and hot compressed air at the same time.

During compressor operation, hot oil and high-temperature compressed air flow into their respective channels and dissipate heat rapidly through fin heat exchange. It stabilizes oil temperature and slows lubricant oxidation. Meanwhile, it reduces compressed air temperature and condenses water vapor, protecting downstream pipelines, dryers and filters from corrosion. It effectively prevents compressor over-temperature alarms and unexpected shutdowns to ensure continuous and stable operation. It is a direct OEM replacement part compatible with Atlas Copco, Sullair, Ingersoll Rand, Fusheng and other mainstream screw air compressor models.

Q: Can Oil and Air Cooler be interchanged with Oil Cooler? A: Not interchangeable. Oil and Air Cooler is a dual-circuit integrated radiator that cools both lubricating oil and compressed air. Oil Cooler is a standalone single-circuit cooler only for lubricant cooling with no flow channel for compressed air. Please confirm the original cooler type of your air compressor before placing orders.
