Sensor failure is one of the top 3 causes of unexpected shutdowns of overseas air compressors. Inaccurate parameters, signal drift and temperature false alarms are mostly caused by mismatched sensors or lack of maintenance.
Selection Standards
The pressure sensor must have an industrial range of 0–1.6MPa and strong anti-interference performance to adapt to high-frequency inverter workshops. The temperature sensor needs to withstand 0–150℃ high temperature, with stable resistance value and no drift. The thread specification and insertion depth must be consistent with the original controller to avoid signal mismatch.
Maintenance Guide
Regularly clean the probe dust and oil dirt to ensure sensitive detection. Check the wiring terminals regularly to prevent virtual connection and signal instability. In high-temperature and humid environments, do a good job of waterproof and dustproof protection to avoid sensor aging failure.
High-quality sensors and regular maintenance can completely solve the problems of high-temperature false alarm, pressure display disorder and sudden shutdown, and greatly improve the continuous operation stability of the unit.
