Daily Maintenance Tips
First, drain condensate regularly. Water and oil accumulated in the filter barrel will block the filter medium, cause pressure difference to rise rapidly, and breed oil sludge. For high-humidity areas in Southeast Asia and Europe, manual draining is required every day, or auto drains are recommended.
Second, check pressure difference gauge. Normal pressure drop is below 0.02MPa. Once it exceeds 0.05MPa, the filter element must be replaced immediately, otherwise the energy consumption will increase significantly.
Third, keep the filter housing clean. Dust accumulation on the surface will affect heat dissipation and cause secondary pollution.
Replacement Cycle Standard
C/T grade coarse filter: 3000–4000 hours;A/ACS grade fine filter: 4000–6000 hours. Harsh environments such as dust, high temperature and chemical workshops need to shorten the cycle by 30%.
