When selecting an air compressor oil separator (Oil Separator Element), the key considerations are compatibility, separation efficiency, durability, and compatibility. Make your decision based on your air compressor’s operating conditions and specific needs:
1. First, confirm “Model Compatibility” — The Most Fundamental Prerequisite
Match the air compressor brand/model: Prioritize oil separator elements of the same model as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), or choose replacement models labeled as compatible with OEM models (e.g., replacements for Atlas Copco 1613750200), ensuring that connection dimensions and installation methods are completely consistent.
Match the air compressor’s power / flow rate:
Low-power models (≤37 kW): Select a compact oil separator; flow rate compatibility is sufficient.
