1. Daily Maintenance Points
Daily maintenance is crucial for extending the service life of the air compressor and reducing faults. It is recommended to conduct a basic inspection at least once a week and a comprehensive maintenance once a month.
(1) Cleaning Work

External Cleaning: Wipe the air compressor body with a dry soft cloth to remove dust, oil stains and other debris, especially clean the heat dissipation holes and air vents to avoid blockage affecting the heat dissipation effect. If there is much oil stain on the body, you can dip a small amount of neutral detergent to wipe, then dry it with a dry cloth to prevent moisture from penetrating into the equipment.

Internal Cleaning: Open the side panel of the air compressor cabinet every 3 months, and use compressed air to blow off the dust on internal components (such as motor, circuit board, radiator). Note that the air pressure should not be too high (controlled at 0.3-0.5MPa) to avoid damaging the components. Power must be disconnected during cleaning to ensure operation safety.
(2) Oil Inspection and Replacement

Oil Level Inspection: Check the oil level gauge regularly to ensure that the lubricating oil level is between the "minimum" and "maximum" scales. If the oil level is lower than the minimum scale, it is necessary to supplement the special lubricating oil of the same model in time. Mixing different brands or models of oil is prohibited to avoid affecting the lubrication effect and even damaging the equipment parts.

Oil Quality Inspection: Observe the color and state of the lubricating oil. Normally, it should be light yellow, transparent and free of impurities. If the oil color becomes dark (dark brown or black), turbid, has peculiar smell or impurity precipitation, the oil must be replaced immediately.

Replacement Cycle: The lubricating oil of the new air compressor should be replaced after the first 500 hours of use, and then replaced every 2000-3000 hours; if the use environment is harsh (such as much dust, high humidity), the replacement cycle should be shortened to 1500-2000 hours. When replacing, first drain the old oil, then add new oil, and finally start the air compressor to run for 5-10 minutes to ensure full circulation of the oil.
(3) Filter Maintenance

Air Filter Element: Check the air filter element every 200 hours. If there is less dust on the surface, use compressed air to blow it clean from the inside out; if the filter element is damaged, seriously blocked (cannot restore ventilation after blowing) or used for more than 6 months, it is necessary to replace it with a new one in time to prevent dust from entering the air compressor and accelerating the wear of pistons, cylinders and other parts.

Oil Filter Element: Replace it synchronously with the lubricating oil, that is, every 2000-3000 hours (or after the first 500 hours of use). Avoid blockage of the oil filter element leading to poor circulation of lubricating oil, which affects the lubrication and heat dissipation of the equipment.
